Martial Arts Expert Teams Up With Yoga Instructor to Bring New Fitness Programs

James Moore of the USA Martial Arts Leadership Academy and Patricia Alonso of Nava Jivana have joined forces to create new and exciting fitness classes for those in Preston Hollow and the surrounding area. The new classes include Power Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Gentle Yoga Therapy, Pilates and Zumba.
